National Identification Card Application', 'Any Maldivian wishing to apply for National Identification Card shall apply for this service via the Service application form of the National Registration of Maldives. The service could be obtained via Vaadhoo Council or directly form the National Registration Maldives. If you wish to obtain the service via Vaadhoo council, the Form shall be filled and approved from the Council and must travel to the Atoll Council to file a picture with the form. Once the card is complete, it could be obtained directly from Vaadhoo Council.
