Vessel Safety Certificate

Each registered vessel shall have and must renew the Council approved Vessel Safety Certificate annually. The Council will do a physical check of the standard safety measures and availability of safety gears in the vessel. To apply for the Certificate, a physical pre-check request shall be made to the Council via a service application form. Once the Council approves the physical check, the Certificate request form shall be presented with the supporting documents to the Council for Vessel Safety Certificate and for its renewal.
